Room Tariff:
- The room tariff is per room per night.
- Taxes, service charges, and other levies are additional where applicable.
Cancellation Policy:
- Guaranteed Room Reservations not canceled 48 hours prior to arrival will incur a one-night room tariff charge.
- Please retain the cancellation number if you cancel your reservation within 48 hours to avoid charges.
Bill Settlement:
- Guests are required to settle their bills directly during check-out.
- Personal cheques are not accepted.
- A signing facility is extended only to corporate accounts with credit facilities.
Smoking and Non-Smoking Rooms:
- Please inform us in advance if you prefer a Smoking or Non-Smoking Room, subject to availability.

Hotel Rules / Important:
- Valid Photo ID is required for every guest at check-in (Acceptable IDs: Driver’s License, Voter’s Card, Passport, Ration Card; PAN Cards not accepted).
- The primary guest checking in must be at least 21 years old.
- Extra beds are provided with mattresses.
- Room tariff does not include taxes or optional services (room service, mini bar, etc.).
- The hotel reserves the right of admission and may deny accommodation to certain guests as per government regulations.
- Local residents of the same city may also be subject to admission restrictions (local ID proof not valid).
