Reservation: Ensure room availability by making an advance reservation via telephone or online booking. A mandatory cash deposit or online payment is required for a confirmed reservation. Please review the cancellation policy before securing your reservation. Rates displayed online are subject to change until the confirmation voucher is generated. Once a rate is selected and the transaction is completed, no other rates apply, and no refunds are allowed.
The estimated cost includes the confirmed room rate, estimated taxes, and fees. Actual taxes, fees, and cess at the time of stay may vary. Currency conversions are estimates; the final bill is in the hotel’s local currency. We reserve the right to modify or cancel reservations due to fraudulent, illegal, or inappropriate activity.
Upon check-in, present the confirmation voucher, valid photo ID or Passport, and a valid credit card for incidental charges. Promotion/sale rates are non-refundable, and certain rates have restrictions. Extra services not included in the offer are available for an additional charge.
Occupancy: Normal occupancy allows a maximum of two people per room. Additional persons are charged extra, subject to room size.
Deposit/Online Payment: A deposit or online payment equivalent to the total room nights booked is required in advance for a confirmed reservation. We accept deposits only via Maestro, Visa, and MasterCard. Corporate reservations require a company credit card.
Cancellation and Early Checkout Policy: Inform the hotel in writing for any cancellation or amendments. Refund processing time for cancellations varies. Non-cancellable bookings are non-refundable. Early checkout incurs charges for the entire confirmed reservation.
Refund Policy: Refund processing for cancellations takes two to four weeks. The refund depends on factors such as the hotel’s cancellation policy and processing fees.
Check-In: Normal check-in is at 2:00 PM. Late arrivals should call for instructions. Check-out is at 12:00 PM. Early check-in and check-out are subject to availability and prior arrangement.
Modification: Any modification is subject to availability at the time of the request.
Children and Infants: Children up to 5 years stay free without an extra bed. Charges apply for children aged 5 to 12. Children above 12 are treated as young adults, and regular charges apply.
Non-Arrival (No Show): Failure to arrive on the arrival date results in automatic cancellation and charges for the entire reservation.
Shortened Stay (Early Check-Out): Shortened stays are charged for the entire period. Contact us early to minimize charges.
Special Request: Special requests are subject to availability. Airport pick-up requests must be communicated during the room booking.
Confirmation Voucher: A confirmation voucher is generated upon reservation confirmation. Present this voucher on arrival. Failure to produce it may result in the hotel not honoring the reservation.
